Esta receta la hice un día que mi hijo quería panqueques y no tenía harina, ni huevo debido a mi situación país, así que me tocó improvisar y dio este delicioso resultado :)

- 2 Litros Agua
- 1 Taza Azúcar (si la deseas dulce)
- 4 cucharaditas Sal (si la deseas salada)

- Coloca la pasta sin envoltura en la mesa, luego empieza a partirla en partes pequeñas y la vacías en una jarra.
- Una vez tengas toda la pasta picada dentro de tu jarra procede a vaciar los 2ltrs de agua (Hasta que quede completamente sumergida), tapas la jarra y la pones en un lugar fresco o a refrigerar para que se hidrate aproximadamente 6 horas.
- Una vez pasado el tiempo (o cuando veas que está completamente hidratada la pasta), cuela la pasta, deja aproximadamente 1/2litro del agua por si la necesitas para más tarde.
- Vaciar de poco a poco en la licuadora (o en mi caso en un bol ya que lo hago con batidor eléctrico) vas licuando poco a poco hasta que esté todo compacto, en este proceso si vez que le falta agua a la mezcla vas vaciando un poco de la que guardaste, una vez la mezcla esté un poco espesa, agregas el azúcar si la quieres dulce o la sal si la quieres salada.
- Una vez que tengas la mezcla a tu gusto, enciende tu cocina, coloca un sartén a fuego medio, colócale un chorrito de aceite y vacía un cucharón de la mezcla, ponla a cocinar hasta que esté bien doradita, dale la vuelta y sirve.
- Espera que se enfríe y dásela a tus pequeños o invitados. NOTA: Puedes untarlo con lo que desees dulce, salado, pollo, carne, lo que tengas en tu almacén o nevera :)
